If you've been feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or ready for something to change, you're in the right place.

Healing isn't about checking all the right boxes, finding the perfect coping skills, or trying hard to be "better." While skills are helpful, lasting change often happens through slowing down, listening to your body, and creating new experiences of safety, connection, and choice.

Together, we'll work at a pace that feels supportive while building greater resilience, flexibility, and connection. Learn More

My Approach

We'll explore how your mind, body, and nervous system have adapted to stress, trauma, relationships, and life experiences, recognizing that these patterns developed for a reason.

Rather than focusing only on coping skills or building insight, we'll work at a pace that supports lasting change by helping your nervous system experience greater safety, flexibility, and connection. We'll approach every part of you with curiosity and compassion, understanding that even the parts that feel anxious, overwhelmed, self-critical, disconnected, or avoidant are often working hard to protect you.

My approach integrates somatic therapy, attachment-based psychotherapy, and parts work to help you heal from trauma, chronic stress, burnout, and other challenges in a way that feels grounded and sustainable. As a neurodiversity-affirming therapist, I honor the many ways people think, feel, and experience the world, creating a collaborative space where you can better understand yourself, build on your strengths, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Reconnect With Yourself

Individual therapy offers a space to slow down, understand your experiences with compassion, and explore the patterns that shape how you relate to yourself and others. Together, we'll work with your mind, body, and nervous system to support healing from trauma, chronic stress, burnout, anxiety, and life transitions.

Build Deeper Connection

Relationships can be a source of our greatest joy and our deepest pain because the same bonds that connect us can also activate our deepest fears and vulnerabilities. I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and attachment-based approaches to help couples understand patterns of disconnection, build greater emotional safety, and create a relationship where both partners feel heard, supported, and secure.

Somatic Experiencing

Through Somatic Experiencing® and other body-based approaches, we work with present-moment sensations, emotions, and patterns rather than relying only on insight or retelling the past. This experiential process can support greater nervous system regulation, self-understanding, resilience, and a deeper sense of connection with yourself.
